in summer and warmer in winter.

This program also offers assistance with heating and water heating appliance to qualifying appliances. Furnace and water heater repair
or replacement may be available to
eligible homeowners when PG&E
determines existing natural gas units

The ESA program offers large appliance replacements for qualifying appliances. If you have a refrigerator or washer 15 years or older, it can possibly qualify for a replacement.
