ACWD is partnering with PG&E through their Energy Saving Assistance(ESA) program to bring this program to you. ACWD is providing additional water measures that are added to the ESA program. This program is administered by Richard Heath and Associates and performed by contractors like Community Outreach Services.
Qualifying homes are assessed for major or minor leaks in their Faucets, Toilets, Hose bibs, and sprinkler heads.
Faucets with leaks, leak stains, or hard water build up could qualify for retrofit. Both bathroom, and kitchen faucets can qualify for the retrofit.
In an effort to reduce water waste, toilets with 1.6 GPF, or manufactured before 1994 can be qualified for toilet retrofits.
At Community Outreach Services (C.O.S.), we believe that water conservation is the key to a sustainable future. Our vision is to create a world where businesses can thrive while reducing their environmental impact. We aim to be the leading provider of energy management solutions across the state.
